Print the blank PDF and use one set per cabinet door or drawer. Page 1 records the door and hinges, page 2 records the drawer slides, and page 3 compares a candidate replacement. The tables below show the same fields for reference; this page does not save entries.
Write the unit beside every dimension. UNKNOWN means a measurement or specification is missing; N/A means the field does not apply. Neither means zero. Do not use the printed sheet as a scale drawing or drilling template.

1. Cabinet door and hinge record
Use one set per door or drawer. Record mm or inches beside each reading and use only safely accessible measurements.
Name the reference edge: opening / neighboring front / other __________. Write CONTACT where touching; do not force closed. No universal target gap is implied.
Replacement only: overlay amount and reference edge ______; cup diameter / depth ______; fixing-hole centers ______. Measure only if safely accessible. These do not establish compatibility without the exact hinge-and-plate specification.

2. Drawer slide measurement record
Depth datum __________; first obstruction __________; front thickness / sub-front thickness __________; existing front setback __________. Different datums are not interchangeable.
A − B is total space, not a per-side measurement. Front clear opening ______; blocking / mounting-face location ______; taper or narrow point ______.
Use the matching product diagram to identify the bottom recess, rear preparation and other system-specific fields before measuring them.
Illustrative entry, not a measured installation: mounting-face width 500.0 mm; box width 473.0 mm; total space 27.0 mm. Suppose the front gaps are each 13.5 mm, but the rear right gap cannot yet be measured. Enter “not measured” there, not zero and not a copied front value. Matching the model’s preferred total deduction does not complete the compatibility check.

3. Pulls and replacement candidate comparison
For pulls, record both screw-hole center spacing and overall length. They answer different questions: whether the holes match and whether the handle clears nearby fronts.
